Bunk Counselors
Bunk Counselors are enthusiastic, nurturing individuals who care for and assist a group of campers of a particular grade level. They work closely with their campers throughout each day and night to ensure that all campers have their needs met and are having a positive experience. Bunk Counselors travel with their campers to all activities. During activities, they are actively participating with their campers to provide encouragement, assistance, and fun! Bunk Counselors possess the ability to work well with children ages 8-16 and have a strong background in camp activities. They are fun-loving, spirited, responsible and conscientious. It is important that Bunk Counselors are committed to serving as positive role models and caring leaders for all campers. The minimum age to be a Bunk Counselor is having completed freshman year in college.
Activity Specialists
Activity Specialists are energetic, spirited, talented teachers and coaches who are experts in their activity. They are devoted to teaching and supporting campers to build skills and self-esteem, while making sure all campers are having FUN! Activity Specialists must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience within their particular activity area. In addition, they must exhibit a commitment to passing along to campers their enthusiasm for their specialty. Activity Specialists need to posses the ability to lead campers while being safe and positive at all times. The minimum age to be an Activity Specialist is having completed freshman year in college.
