A Breathtaking Traditional Overnight Camp Environment
Camp Walden’s spectacular 100+ acre campground is nestled in the majestic Southern Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. This gorgeous, natural setting provides an inspiring backdrop for campers to play, laugh, and grow together. Our pristine, spring-fed lake, magnificent property, and impressive facilities offer every imaginable opportunity for summertime fun and lifelong memories.
Enjoy Comfortable Bunks, Outstanding Food, and Professional Healthcare
At Camp Walden we take a great deal of pride in our recently renovated facilities. Our clean, newly redone cabins feature new wooden beds, comfortable new mattresses, ceiling fans, large windows, and new bathrooms. Our spacious dining hall is managed by chefs trained in the culinary arts.
Walden’s air-conditioned health center is staffed by our experienced camp doctor and our amazing registered nurses. These medical personnel are available to dispense medicine and care for any camper’s needs. Campers staying in the infirmary enjoy the comforts of home such as air-conditioning, books, games, and DVDs. If a child requires an overnight stay in the infirmary, we always call the camper’s family to let them know. Camp Walden is conveniently located just ten minutes from the Warrensburg Urgent Care facility and twenty minutes from Glens Falls Hospital.
